On October 27, 1996, 11 year old Hilmi Shusha from the village of Hussan was killed. After his death, Hilmi became a symbol of the Palestinian struggle. After a series of trials Nahum Korman, a security officer from the nearby Jewish settlement of Betar Illit, was conviced of the murder of Hilmi. Ten years later, the film revisits the story's central figures, the events of that day and the injustice that befel Hilmi's family. The movie also examines the injustice of the legal system. The transition from the individual injustice to the collective one reveals the settlers' reign over the territories, even in the present day.
