The Gatekeepers

Called “essential, eye-opening viewing, by New York Times Critic A.O. Scott, The Gatekeepers has been gathering momentum since it was first screened at the Telluride Film Festival. This stunning film, featuring six former heads of Israel’s secretive Shin Bet internal security service, has since won critical acclaim at TIFF, the New York Film Festival, and IDFA, and will soon be shown at Sundance. It is currently screening in theaters throughout Israel and is scheduled for theatrical release in the U.S. in February.

On December 9, the LA Film Critics Association selected The Gatekeepers for its prestigious Best Documentary Award. The Producers Guild of America (PGA) has since announced that the film has been nominated for Best Documentary Motion Picture at the 24th Annual Producers Guild Awards. It has also been shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.
